These terms and conditions were last updated on 22/01/2007. Use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods from the website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. “We” or “Our” means Magical Gifts. “You” or “your” means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet.
Goods are supplied by Magcial Gifts directly to you and the contract of sale then exists between you and Magcial Gifts. These terms and conditions cover all sales made through this website.
Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.
Where Value Added Tax (VAT) is applicable it is included in all our prices.
You may order online using a credit / debit card (We accept Delta, Maestro / Switch, Master Card, Visa (not Electron) and Paypal. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company or Paypal at their current exchange rates.
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 working days from receipt of the goods, you will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. We will not accept return of:
- Sealed audio products which have been opened
- Goods made to the customer's personal specifications
- Sealed Tarot Cards which have been opened
Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased we endevour to process all order within 48 hours dependent on availability. We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale. The costs for delivery are shown depending on the shipping destination and the delivery service selected.
Your Right to Cancel
The consumer ( known as you) in accordance with the UK distance selling regulations has the right to cancel an order which has been placed by mail-order or via the internet. You have seven days from the date you received the goods or service to notify Magical Gifts ( known as us), in writing, that you wish to cancel your order. You are responsible for the return of any goods supplied to you and you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. The goods must be received by us in their original packaging and they must be unused. A refund of the full purchase price, excluding postage charges/fees (see Refunds) will be made with in 30 days of receipt of goods. This is a UK only right to cancel and does not apply to non UK consumers. If you are purchasing from overseas your credit card will be debited in your local currency. It is your responsibility to check what the goods you have purchased will cost in your own currency. You are not eligible for a refund if you are not aware of the cost of the goods in your own currency. Once you have placed your order you have entered into a contractual agreement to purchase the goods in GBP. We are not responsible for any changes in exchange rates or for any charges made to you by your credit card company for the exchange of currency.
Refunds & Returns
Please contact us by email or telephone for our Warehouse return address, detailing your name, full address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to the merchant. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.
We reserve the right to reduce your refund by the fees incurred by payment of Credit Cards - 2%, Debit Cards - 35p or Paypal - 2% and all other monies will be refunded less these fees.

We take the utmost care to ensure that no material likely to give offence or which is unsuitable for children is displayed on our website. There are, however, certain products that we sell which are unsuitable for children (e.g. Certificate 18 or 15 videos / DVD's). By placing an order for products with age restrictions you declare that you are of legal age to purchase those products.
